Tumkur University Vice Chancellor Col. (Prof) Y.S. Siddegowda will deliver inaugural address. Prof. S.A. Khazi, Prof. K.G. Parashurama are the speakers. Dr. Bishnu Mohan Dash Associate Professor of Delhi University will moderate the webinar.
